Covering everything you wanted to learn about the classic BBC television show 'Doctor Who' this course loooks at two distinct eras-the 'classic' years (1963 - 1989) and 'new Who' (2005-ongoing). In three very short lessons, we'll look at the orignal 26 year run of the series, before examining its cancellation and how the BBC fell out of love with their favourite Time Lord. We'll look at how, thanks to fandom's commitment, it was brought back by the very television network that killed it off, and how, since 2005, it has become one of the most popular television series viewed across the globe.
